Five steps to creating your software

Understanding what you need
We begin with a detailed rundown of what software you need and how it should make a difference to your business.

Project outline
We’ll put together an Understanding Document describing the scope of the work and what we’ll provide you with, as well as initial estimates on time and cost.

Specification
Our business analysts will create a Software Requirements Specification (SRS), effectively the blueprints of your project describing every aspect of the build in full detail. Once finished you’ll have an advanced set of plans for your project on which we can fix a price. If you need to proceed quickly, we can skip this stage and proceed on a ‘time and materials’ approach to cost.

Cost and time
We’ll provide exact estimates on how much the project will cost, how long it will take to complete and the size of the team needed. If you don’t want a SRS, we’ll let you know day rates, size of the team and an idea of timescales, you just pay for the hours worked.

Project start
You’ll be appointed a project manager who will oversee the development of your software from start to finish, who will begin the process with a kick-off meeting and checking priorities, before being available to answer questions throughout the project.
